23.5       End of Operation:

When the course is clear, the Race Director will instruct the Safety Car to extinguish its safety lights to indicate that the end of the Safety Car intervention is about to occur.  The Safety Car will exit the course at the pit entrance area and the field will be under Starter’s orders.  On the restart, the Starter will display the green flag and the yellow flags will be dropped.
