At 7:40, car #26-GTS Saleen S7R (leader in class) into the pits. Tires and fuel, right front brake, driver change: Oliver Gavin. Retains the lead but the #4-GTS is now on the same lap.
At 7:40, car #58-GT Porsche 911 GT3 RS into the pits, team looks the car over and sends it back out.
At 7:40, car #2-P Audi R8 (overall leader) into the pits. Tires and fuel, driver change: Emanuele Pirro. Car #1-P Audi R8 takes the overall lead.

At 7:42, car #53-GT Porsche 911 GT3 RS into the pits. Tires and fuel, driver change: Fabio Babini.
At 7:48, car #44-GTS Dodge Viper GTS-R into the pits for a 240 second penalty for a fuel visor violation. Fuel and tires, driver change: Joe Ellis.

At 7:49, car #1-P Audi R8 (overall leader) into the pits. Tires and fuel, driver change: Rinaldo Capello. Car #2-P Audi R8 takes the overall lead.

NOTE: Sebring International Raceway officials have announced an attendance of 168,000 for the Superflo 12 Hours At Sebring, the largest crowd ever for a sports car race in the United States and the second-largest in the world behind the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

At 8:00, the lead in each class is: #2-P - #1P (51.7 seconds); #26-GTS - #4-GTS (52.3 seconds); #23-GT - #42-GT (35.4 seconds).
